FDA Sanctions Labeling Revisions For Pfizer`s Quit Smoking Drug Chantix

According to a latest disclosure, the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) has sanctioned certain labeling revisions for the Pfizer manufactured anti-smoking medicine chantix that ring the warning regarding neuropsychiatry effects yielded by Chantix including hallucinations, psychosis, delusions, paranoia, mood changing reports, hostility, suicide attempts, anxiety, panic and various others.
Further, it has become obvious that the aforementioned side-effects yielded by chantix are capable of aggravating symptoms in patients who are currently suffering from a psychiatric disease and altogether it is known that these chantix side-effects are found in patients with as well as without any symptom of psychiatric illness.
