Man From Pennsylvania Blames Chantix Side-Effects For His Rage That Incited Him To Damage His Home With A Lawn Tractor

When Charles Brinker from Fork Township in Pennsylvania was charged of reckless endangerment, he told a US court that his mind was changed after using the quit smoking drug chantix and as a consequence he couldn't hold control over his anger and in that mentally uncontrolled state, he violently hit a part of his house with a lawn tractor. However, pronouncing him guilty, the judges slapped a fine of $500 on him and also sentenced him to a probationary period of 18 months.
Altogether, it is known that when Charles Brinker hit his house with his Bobcat loader, his wife was present inside the house and under the influence of extreme anger; he threatened to bring the house on top of his wife.
The accused Charles Brinker and his wife are on good terms now.
