Quit Smoking Helps In Improving Erectile Problems

A Hong Kong-based study has shown that quit smoking leads to an overall improvement in erectile functioning and helps people enjoy better sex lives.
Experts from the ”University of Hong Kong Schools of Public Health and Nursing” undertook a three year study and found that smokers who quit smoking cigarettes were able to enjoy better sex lives after smoking cessation.
The researchers carried out the study by following 700 smokers who were aged in between 30 and 50. All these smokers were afflicted with erectile dysfunction. This improvement was observed within half a year after the subjects quit smoking.
As the study came to a close, the researchers discovered that more than half of the smokers who triggered off smoking cessation were able to experience overall improvement in erection problems.
Professor Sophia Chan stressed on the importance of launching quit smoking schemes in China where numerous were suffering from erection problems. Professor Sophia Chan was a part of the study.
