New Case Involving Woman from Minnesota Joins MDL against Chantix

A new case involving a woman from Minnesota has joined the multidistrict litigation (MDL) against the Pfizer manufactured quit smoking drug chantix. According to the complainant, the Minnesota woman, after administering the anti-smoking drug Chantix, began to suffer from suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety and vivid dreams. Through this chantix case, MDL No. 2092, she is demanding a jury trial and requesting disciplinary compensation for the severe side-effects caused by chantix usage.
This case was initially registered in the U.S. District Court and Northern District of Alabama, in the month of September, 2012. This case is now participating in the Chantix Products Liability Litigation.
